A little background on English Walnut; it’s a domestic wood coming to Pa. One reason it’s not more prolifically used by local woodworkers is the painful process it takes to dry it. English walnut has a tendency to split apart while drying, so most mills avoid even trying , so that’s why it’s rarely seen.
