HOMEBUYERS ASSISTANCE:

In partnership with the Chester Economic Development Authority and the Delaware County Office of Housing & Community Development, CCIP assists low- and moderate-income families with purchasing their first home. For those who already own their home we have Mortgage and Utility Assistance.

Delaware County Homeownership First and Revitalization Program
If you don’t qualify for the city of Chester or Delaware County’s Homebuyers Programs, we can offer you pre-purchase counseling.
