Demolition has began! This project will take me a little while as the layout is changing and these customers got a great vision with everything they picked out. We started the planning process a few months ago and now it’s time to get it done.

Hall bathroom is complete! I’ve done all their bathrooms now over the years. These customers have been an absolute pleasure to work for. I’m grateful to be busy and have such awesome customers! 🙌🏼

Weekend project was framing in a full bathroom and in-law suite. Got a lot done and feeling accomplished with the progress. I love my job and being able to work for friends.😊

Taking a staircase from dated to modern is something that most don’t think about when upgrading their home. Not for these repeat customers, it was top priority to get it done.

Repeat customer screened in porch needed some love! I demoed all the old screen and rotted wood. I fixed all cracks and holes then power washed clean before priming and painting. I use Sherwin Williams Emerald exterior paint for all my exterior painting projects for durability. I installed new screen and pvc lattice strips as well as new screen door. All that is left is replacing old trex decking stairs with all new.(special order and awaiting arrival) I’m also filling holes in lattice.

Second floor bathroom remodel. What a great pleasure it was working for some childhood friends! When they called me asking if I wanted the job I was like “absolutely”! They had some water damage due to leaking tile and tub. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Had to cut out the section of Sheetrock underneath the tub to fix water issues and water stains in their family room ceiling. While I was there I also replaced all their door k***s and hinges, replaced a leaky hose bib, and fixed a barn door plus added a lock for it. They have been amazing to work for and already want 3 more quotes for projects around their home.
