Working on fixing some rot in a house. This is what I find... I just don't understand why any contractor would ever ever do something like this submerge the structure a wood structure under ground? And really all they had to do was just move the stepped patio back about six and bring the grade down...hmm.

Quality work at a reasonable price!

We will be refinishing some old maple floor, fresh paint on the trim and celings. Will also be doing an sheet rock overlay on the the wall in the main stair case of the house....

Basis painting 101. When painting doors that have a semi-gloss finish you may what to give the entire door a light sanding with 100 paper so that the new coat of paint adheres to the old coat of paint

A little paint and caulk and you would never know we had the whole back wall opened and had to reframe the door opening, including the header.
