So I am making my annual spring calls to our deck customers from last summer. Since their decks have now had time to properly "dry", I am scheduling washing and staining.

I find it inspirational to hear the joy in their voice when they hear it is me. Especially the older generation. My last call ended with this sweet older lady telling me how much she loved me and can't wait to see all the guys. You meet the nicest people in this line of work.

The weather forecast is predicting 0 degrees for St. Louis this week. If you have not disconnected your hose from your outside spigot yet I would suggest you do it immediately. We have already repaired three pipe bursts this year.

Congratulations to Poor Richards in Fenton on their newly remodeled kitchen. It took us a week of midnight to 8 am shifts but the guys at Wit Construction, LLC finally completed the task.
