Next project💪. Color on this house has faded out quick ! Was originally stained in Cabots and in was green tinted color. Has faded out so much so quick and now looks brown. We'll be re-painting the white trim and now painting the house instead of staining. House is Hardy board siding, which is a cement board. White trim boards are cedar. Whole exterior will be re-caulked and done in SW Duration Satin. That Sheen will reflect the sun better and give the house better color retention. 👌

Call for your home next !! 2 story Master bedroom here done. Converted baseboards, window frames, door frames, and the mantel from wood to white. Staircase wall was an add-on to the room. So the staircase all had to be primered and painted. This was very detailed🧐. I sprayed the spindles outside last week. Those will be install by the owner later. Wall color changed. 😍 💪
