A friendly reminder to all scheduled customers:
When you are placed on our schedule, you’ve normally had weeks — sometimes months — to prepare for your installation date.
On the morning of your install, please have your phone on between 6:30–7:30 AM so we can send you our ETA.
We travel long distances and haul a large amount of equipment to every job site. When we arrive, we are ready to work immediately.
Please do not make our crew stand outside knocking, calling, and texting trying to wake someone up while everyone waits to get started. We respectfully ask that customers are awake, reachable, and ready for us when we arrive.
We take pride in being on time and prepared, and we appreciate customers who do the same.
