🚧 Retaining Wall Rebuild Completed 🚧

This old retaining wall had completely failed and collapsed, so we came in and handled the full demolition and rebuild from the ground up. We removed the remaining damaged wall, excavated and reworked the base, and installed a brand new 6x6 timber retaining wall built for strength and longevity. 💪👷

Another nice transformation completed ✅ by Fleming Home Improvements & Outdoor Services LLC.

We removed the old failing railroad tie retaining wall and replaced it with a brand new 6x6 pressure treated retaining wall built 💪💪💪to last. We also removed the old overgrown barberry bushes and replaced them with 30 new boxwood bushes to give the property a much cleaner and more updated look.

The new wall and landscaping made a huge difference in both appearance and curb appeal.

Another flat roof completed by Fleming Home Improvements & Outdoor Services LLC.

This roof had extensive rot damage throughout the existing structure, so we had to fully demo the old roofing and replace a large amount of damaged wood and framing to properly support the roof again. After rebuilding and reinforcing the structure, we installed all new roof sheeting, ice and water shield, and a new roll roofing system designed specifically for low-slope and flat roofs.

Flat roofs should rarely have standard shingles installed because over time, especially with snow and standing water, shingles can begin to leak on low-pitch surfaces. That’s why we used a high-quality roll roofing system that’s made for flat roofing applications and provides much better protection and durability.

To finish the job off, we also installed new metal and brand new gutters for proper drainage and a clean finished look.

Here’s a project we completed last fall.

This small back porch deck was completely worn out, soft, rotten, and becoming dangerous to walk on. We tore out the old structure and built this customer a brand new sturdy, safe, and clean-looking deck they can enjoy with confidence again.
