Is your lawn worth a $300 water bill this July? đź’¸

Let’s be honest: Wyoming skipped winter. We’re heading into a "brown-out" summer, and trying to keep a thirsty bluegrass lawn green in this drought is going to be an expensive, losing battle.

We're talking to more and more homeowners who are tired of fighting the climate. The solution isn't just "giving up"—it's Xeriscaping.

Here's what you need to know:
Smart Design: It’s not just rocks. It’s native plants and textures that actually thrive here.
Instant ROI: You’ll see the difference in your city utility bill immediately.
Low Maintenance: Stop spending your weekends as a slave to the sprinkler.

If you’re ready to freshen up your curb appeal with something that looks great year-round without draining your bank account, let’s chat. We're happy to walk you through what’s possible for your specific space.

80° this weekend. You already know what that means.

The sun is out, but so are the headaches winter left behind. Before you fire up the grill, you need to look at what the freeze-thaw cycle actually did to your property.

Most homeowners ignore the small shifts until they become structural bills. Check these three before you do anything else:
The Lean: Fence posts and gates that "just need a shove" are one gust away from snapping.
The Clog: Gutters and downspouts packed with winter grit will dump water right into your foundation during the first spring rain.
The Rot: Debris piled against your siding is a VIP invitation for moisture and pests.

Nothing complicated—just the kind of things that turn into problems if they're ignored.

Enjoy your weekend. If you’d rather spend it in a lawn chair than in the dirt, give us a call. We handle the grit so you can handle the grill.

After last week, a lot of folks saw just how tough our weather can be.

If you’re thinking about repairing or replacing a fence, here are a few things that tend to hold up best out here:
✔️ Fences with gaps (lets wind pass through)
✔️ Alternating pickets (reduces pressure on the structure)
✔️ Metal / wrought iron (durable and hail-resistant)

What we typically steer folks away from:
✖️ Vinyl — can become brittle over time and doesn’t handle wind or hail as well

Pro tip: If your fence was damaged in a recent storm, your homeowner’s insurance may help cover replacement—it’s worth looking into.

If you’re not sure what makes the most sense for your property, we’re always happy to talk through options.
