This Eastern Tiger Swallowtail is finding its morning feast on a beautiful daylily! According to Pollinator Partnership, pollinators are responsible for at least 1 out of every 3 bites of food people eat. So planting gardens that support this effort not only brings beauty...it supports your community in other ways too! Thank you Norman Winter "The Garden Guy" for sharing this photo and we hope you keep pollinators in mind when you selecting your new perennials and shrubs this year.

Gather dried flowers outdoor to press and create ornaments for your holiday decorations, or to give as a gift!

Many of you have asked for more information, here is a link to a page on The Spruce for help with drying and pressing, and a follower noted these small frames are available at Hobby Lobby, we hope this helps! https://www.thesprucecrafts.com/how-to-press-and-dry-your-flowers-1250636

Our Rainbow Rhythm daylily that goes by the name 'Primal Scream' is a perfect plant to feature on the day that many trick-or-treaters will come by! This taller perennial is a beautiful choice for the middle-to-back part of your border with enormous, glimmering tangerine orange blossoms. Award-winning, hardy in zones 3-9 and always noticed by bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.

GROWING TIPS: Daylilies are tough, adaptable perennials that will grow in almost any soil from dry to moist and sand to clay. Though they will survive in part shade, plant them in full sun for optimum flowering performance. Learn more, pwwin.rs/PScream
