We are working on this beautiful historical home in South Shore. The house was built in 1903. Bonn was hired to add bathroom on the 2nd floor. Demolition of a brick wall to get the room bigger. Leveling back porch floor with front room floor, applying insulation on exterior walls, installing new drywall, new electrical work, new rough in plumbing, hardwood floor, paint and many more. We are expecting to be done with this project latest the end of April.

Received a call from the customer about adding a bathroom in the back of the house. The big bedroom was divided into 2 smaller rooms with a brand new bathroom right in the middle. The customer requested also to build a carport. We were able to add extra space for 2nd bedroom taking some extra room from the garage side. Below you can see pictures with the progress.

We received a call from the customer to update their living room.
The living room used to be bigger until previous owners added a dividing wall to add an extra bedroom and made the living smaller. After consultation we proposed the customer to make the living room bigger again since they have built addition on the 2nd floor and that was perfect turn out!
