A majority of kilims in our collection are very rare to find even in Turkey. All the rugs that we sell are hand knotted and each rug has its own character and a story behind it. These rugs are not the regular rugs that are made in workshops in Turkey. These rugs were bought in the 70's from rug making families in Turkey. The designs and patterns in these rugs are the creation of Individual weavers and a testament to the rich culture and creativity of the Turkish people. Keeping in touch with Chicago's ever changing taste, we are proud to announce that we have partnered with one of the leading rug manufactures of India (Jaipur Rugs) to bring you an amazing collection of modern designer rugs. We have dedicated the Modern Rugs section of our website to their collections. Their 2015 collection is inspired by the Oceans, Deserts, Minerals, Areal, and the Untamed.
