I offer a wide collection of Haworthia, Gasteria, and Crassula succulents, along with a variety of rare & exotic cultivars & hybrids. I also offer my own succulent soil mix for sale. DM for prices unless otherwise listed in a post.
CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING ONLY:
• Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days) & USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days).
• Plants will be wrapped to avoid breakage and damage during shipping.
• I am not responsible for weather-related/delayed shipment/damages. Buyer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS for any damaged, destroyed, or lost packages.
• During colder months, heat packs are available. I am not responsible for cold damaged plants to packages without a heat pack.
REPLACEMENTS/REFUNDS:
• You may request to cancel your order at any time before it’s shipped by sending me a message.
• Refunds are not available unless there are issues with the order.
• Packages must be retrieved and opened within 24 hours of delivery and photos of all damaged plants are required for any replacements or refunds.
TERMS:
• Plants need proper care and attention to stay alive. A Care Reference Guide is included with each order. It is advised that you do additional research on the unique needs of your selected plant. Overall health of your plant will be dependent on the care, environment, and love you provide it. If you need further care instructions, feel free to contact me.
• When purchasing from Haworthia Heights, you are agreeing to these Terms of Sale and you understand the inherent risk of having living plants shipped to you in the mail.
