B&B Italia brings its vision of contemporary living to One Wall Street, the landmark Art Deco tower reimagined as one of Lower Manhattan’s most refined residential addresses.

Part of a new turnkey collection, the two-bedroom residence blends the architectural heritage of the building with an avant-garde interior language, where bold textures, graphic elements and curated proportions create a home with character, balance and a sense of wonder.

EDWARD BARBER & JAY OSGERBY ANNOUNCE STUDIO CLOSURE
The multi-award winning design duo founded their East London studio in 1996, after studying architecture together at the Royal College of Art. Their approach emphasized experimentation, innovation and an exploratory attitude to materiality and color.

The strength of Barber and Osgerby’s creative partnership led to collaborations with some of the world’s most progressive companies and a diversity of output that encompasses architecture, interiors, sculpture, product and exhibition design. Examples of their work are held in the permanent collections of major museums around the world, such as the Design Museum in London and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, to name a few.
