Congratulations on your purchase!! Rehabbing it or you live in? (2 flats etc.) No worries!
I can add value and comfort to your Home. If you have rooms or spaces especially attics floors bedrooms/ apartments that are NOT comfortable. I can FIX that no problem...Whole House Comfort is the GOAL!!!

Note: Be advised if you just bought this home and you think .. Should I just replace the old boiler? Save money now ??.. Remember those boiler pipes and radiators are just as old..maybe even original. So consider that when deciding to tear out ALL the old and replacing it with a complete new HVAC system with ductwork. *** That's just my thoughts and advice from prior experience....
Leave the boiler in and just add Air Conditioning.. No problem
Change the boiler to a combo for heating and domestic hot water No problem!
If you really want we can add radiant floor heating in too the package also offer snow melting systems for those of you that NEVER want to shovel snow again.. ..These new tankless water heaters are incredible. Multiple uses and a HUGE space saver.
I offer new technologies in which save space and are more efficient.
*Conventional water heater changing to a tankless on demand water heater.
*High efficiency furnace installation paired with a tankless water heater can eliminate the purpose of your original chimney if you're looking to remove the chimney.

A small 2nd. Floor addition, in fox lake new construction, Hvac only!! Fyi...Home owners is having the entire attic/ roof sprayed with spray foam.
96% 2 stage modulating furnace, air conditioning, and ductwork..All hard pipe, NO FLEX .. sealed joints, and R-8 insulation covering all supply and return ducts. As you can see this was an extremely tight fit, "Only 2 and a half feet tall at the peak". I was able to save for storage in the attic as well.
If you're in the need to upgrade your HVAC system, in the attic space this would be an ideal time before it gets too hot to work in them areas. Guaranteed to pass inspection on the 1st. Attempt.
