We are proud to announce the completion of our adaptive reuse project at 2032 N Clybourn Avenue, which was once the home to the Ludlow Typograph Company’s primary manufacturing facilities. The historic façade, with some portions being over a century old, has been meticulously restored to preserve its original character, and is now newly, The Ludlow. A special thanks to Revive Architecture for their expertise in landmark restoration and help in guiding our design team during the project, as well as to Power Construction Company for their integral role as the General Contractor. Amenities include a fitness & wellness center, a co-working lounge, a rooftop bar, residential courtyards with a grilling space, and much more. The Ludlow is looking forward to welcoming tenants starting October 1st.
