This multi-unit renovation in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood is one of our favorite examples of what it means to honor a building's history while transforming it entirely from the inside. 🏛️ We preserved the original exterior railings, front door, and grand entrance stairway while rebuilding each unit around open-concept living, furniture-style custom cabinetry, restored original doors and hardware, and private outdoor decks. The result is something that feels both timeless and completely current. ✨
