Let’s take a closer look at the silver-polished vent hood install! WHAT A BEAUTY. The perfect finishing touch to our countertop-to-ceiling backsplash, made for all the delicious Italian cooking ahead. Might I add that the spotlight on this thing is MUCH NEEDED for late night dinners✨

Let’s take a proper look at this newly finished kitchen in Arizona 🧑🏻‍🍳✨ An antique-style backsplash stretching from countertop to ceiling, topped off with a last-minute vent hood install—because the boss herself deserves nothing less. A true dream kitchen where a beautiful family gathers 🏘️💕 For all of our Arizonians, it is negative degree weather here in Chicago & boy do we miss you all😭

The Enchanted🍂👒☘️

One of our most memorable transformations. The client envisioned a fresh, open layout without a clear direction yet — so we removed the whirlpool bath tub and steam shower to create a more spacious, elevated environment for them to add their personal touches. The final result speaks for itself.

✔ Striking green deco band
✔ Upgraded shower can lighting
✔ Fully custom glass installation
✔ Brushed bronze fixture package
✔ Mirror-mounted sconce lighting
✔ Double sink configuration
✔ Shower head diverter for versatile use

Seeing the before & afters make us step back & take a deep breath. We really have created something special.

THE GOLD ROOM ⚜️👑 This bathroom said “make me FAB,” and we delivered.

✔️Kept the tub for the grandbabies (because grandma runs the show)
✔️Built marble-shelf realness in the shower
✔️Gave her a zero-grout floor because she said she’s done scrubbing lines (felt that)
✔️Added sleek storage
✔️Hit it with gold paint, and suddenly the marble is popping off like it pays rent. 💅🔥

This remodel. Whew. He does it every time.

This high rise will go in the books for us 🏢🌲☘️🐢
This was by far one of the most challenging projects to date. It was that one job that all contractors talk about. If it wasn’t for our client being able to pivot so well and stay aligned with the big picture outcome, it would have been even more of a whirlwind.
We now laugh at the custom vanity that wasn’t in the plans, the glass door delivered in pieces, wrong light fixture, 5 coats of green, new faucet screen clogging, matching decade old hallway tile, drain screws taken out and returned to HD (for us to find), neighbors wondering if the dust is supposed to be coming in from the vent (very nicely lol), HOA not giving us a parking spot & so much more😭
We laughed, we cried (all of us together🤣) & we got through the unheard of things we ran into with critical thinking, peace & gentleness.
& guess what… we would do a high rise project all over again too (just adding a couple weeks to project timeline) 💟🤩
This beauty is all rented out & our client bought a home in Glen Ellyn!💜

Custom Glass shower with a sunken in niche. Black finising touches. Cream tile & floor with a seperate toilet room! I loved the heated towel rack added touch & WILL be using in my bathroom. ALSO the farmhouse sliding doors😍 I’ll get a better picture of them for you all!
