2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s perfectly browned. Drain any excess grease to keep things light.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Ingredients:
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom
- 1 16oz Sour Cream
- 2 Bags Frozen Meatballs
- 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
- Noodles
- Beef Broth

Directions:
1. Pour the two cans of cream of mushroom into your trusty crockpot.
2. Using one of the empty cans, fill it up with beef broth and add it to the mix in the crockpot. Repeat with the second can.
3. Sprinkle in the onion soup mix and stir everything together until it’s well combined.
4. Toss in the frozen meatballs and give it another gentle stir. Cover the crockpot and let it cook on low for 5-6 hours.
5. Once it's almost time to eat, add in all the sour cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
6. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles according to package instructions. Drain once done.
7. Finally, add the cooked noodles to your crockpot and mix everything together well.
