I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Jeremy Pearce, S.E. at Structural Solutions and Jennifer Pearce at Home Solutions. These two are an incredible team — the kind of people who can take a vision, sketch it out, engineer it, and turn it into something real on paper.

Watching a design come together is one of the most exciting parts of the building process. There’s something special about seeing lines, measurements, and ideas transform into a full set of plans. It’s the moment where a dream stops being abstract and starts becoming something you can actually build.

Jeremy brings the structural confidence that makes everything stand solid, and Jennifer has a design eye that just gets it. Together, they create plans that are thoughtful, functional, and beautiful.
