Are's Custom-Made Baskets Custom Made Baskets from Recycled Boxes Why Baskets, you ask? Being an avid On-Line Shopper and I have several boxes a week. My Baskets are custom made.

I am a big recycler, trying to do my part for the environment, but when the recycling program stopped where I live, it bothered me to throw away so many boxes. My thought process…there has to be something I can do with these boxes. That is when I started making baskets. It was trial and error in the beginning, figuring what would work and what did not, but after months of working on the baskets an

d giving them away as gifts, I felt confident enough to enter them in my first craft show. All my baskets have two layers of Burlap on the bottom, complete with a hardening glue to make them sturdy and durable. The jute around the basket is glued entirely. The linings are what make the Baskets unique, as the linings come in various colors and print. I’ll even make gift Baskets. If you have items you want put in a basket, I will design a basket that will fit the items. I make Baby Baskets; Coffee or Tea Baskets; Sports Baskets; Christmas Baskets; Easter Baskets; the list goes on…….I have even made Baskets for Toilet Paper storage to sit on the back of your toilet. I can make one Basket, or a Set of Baskets.
