Today, we visited a property in Rancho Tehama and inspected a well by running a line down to 220 feet to determine if water had returned after a three-year dry spell, despite recent rainfall. The well remains dry. The owner mentioned that the water delivery program will conclude this month, leaving her without water until a new well is drilled and completed.
