Customer wanted to update their bathroom with a new tub and surround. Also had a soft spot under the toilet. So we gutted the whole thing and wouldn't you know. Someone prior to them had already "fixed" the floor. We ended up having to replace the entire sub floor in this bathroom because the last person stopped at the tub, even though the soft wood continued. After all the structural repairs we built it back. Customer was very happy and we greatly appreciate the work! Thank you!
