Water leak? If you see a lot of flowing water where there normally is none, it could be a Town or customer leak. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Check to see if it is a leak on the customer side of the meter by logging into our online WaterSmart portal at https://billpay.onlinebiller.com/ebpp/PVAZ/Login/Index

2. Call Customer Accounts at 928-759-3020. They are open Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, and closed on holidays.

3. After Hours - Call JACOBS at 928-759-9062, they are a 24-hour answering service.
