We spent the last week helping get this project back on track.

What started as a flooring repair quickly turned into much more once we got inside. Along the way we repaired walls, repainted, installed cabinet doors and drawers, cleaned up windows, laid flooring, and tackled a long list of items that had been left unfinished or needed attention.

Sometimes the job isn't building something new—it's fixing what was done wrong and making sure it's done right.

Glad we could help get this one wrapped up.

Big changes on this remodel project over the last couple weeks.

A lot of the recent work has been the smaller details that don't always make for exciting photos, but they're what bring everything together. Flooring, trim, doors, new walls, tongue and groove, and all the finishing touches are starting to transform this place from room to room.

We're getting closer to the finish line and it's been rewarding to watch this project come together piece by piece.

Another big step forward on this remodel project.

Finished up the flooring on one end of the house today. Still have some base, trim, and a couple windows left to wrap up, but that section is getting close to complete.

We also added a new bedroom along the way, framed in a new wall, installed the door, and started the tongue and groove in that space. Just waiting on more material to finish it up.

Tomorrow we'll be moving to the other end of the house to continue the flooring and keep checking items off the list.

Made some good progress last week on this remodel project.

With all of the tongue and groove and most of the trim work wrapped up, it was time to move on to flooring. Got started laying floor and it’s already helping bring everything together.

Still have a few finishing touches ahead of us, but this project is getting closer to the finish line every day.

Looking forward to seeing the final transformation when it’s all complete.

It’s been a few days since the last update, but we’ve been making a lot of progress on this remodel project.

All of the tongue and groove is officially up and we wrapped up most of the trim work today. Still waiting on a few windows to get installed so we can finish trimming those out, but it’s really starting to feel complete now.

Also started tearing up carpet and getting everything ready for flooring next. Hoping to start laying floor Friday.

This place has come a long way already and it’s exciting seeing it all finally come together.

update on this remodel project.

Got deeper into the tongue and groove ceiling today and it’s really changing the look of this space. The walls and ceiling together are giving it a completely different feel compared to where it started.

Still have more to finish up, including the stair area, but we’re getting closer every day.
This one has definitely been a big project, but it’s coming together piece by piece.

update on this remodel project.

Wrapped up the remaining wall sections today and got another room trimmed out as much as possible while waiting on materials. Also started framing in some of the ceiling details and vent block outs for the tongue and groove.
Had a surprise added to the project after the egress window install blew out part of one of the walls, so we’ll be rebuilding and finishing that section next.

Some days don’t look like huge changes in pictures, but a lot got accomplished behind the scenes today.

Update on this remodel project.

Finished another section of the knotty pine tongue and groove today and it’s really starting to bring the whole space together. One wall at a time, this place is getting a completely different feel to it.
Still plenty left to do, but seeing the transformation happen makes the long days worth it.

Big progress this week on this remodel project.

Over the last several days we’ve gone from bare walls to finished rooms, hallways, and major transformations throughout the space.

The knotty pine tongue and groove is completely changing the feel of the home and really starting to bring everything together.

Still more work ahead, but it’s exciting seeing this project come to life one section at a time.
