Well, it’s been a while so I figured I would show what we were up to….. there is a 2 ft deep ditch under the landscaped surface. We had to install a new power cable in conduit to repower a burned out power pedestal. We then landscaped and took off all the roots and debris. White tubes are inspection ports for inspectors so we can cover ditches and not leave exposed holes for tenants to fall into.

I don’t see a March job listing post. I’m seeking a good reliable HANDY-person to go with me on a 3-4 week job in Indiana. Lodging and meal are taken care of. We will be doing some repair work to a large WiFi system. Job will consist of cosmetic mostly with some electrical. Must be able to climb a ladder and bend and stoop. Other than that the job will not be ver labor intensive. This would be a great opportunity for someone to learn and eventually run a crew for me installing. We took on a last minute project since the original contractor could get to this for another 4-5 months. We have battled with the heat this week with heat indexes of 110 and above all week but we are finalizing the build. Concrete to set and then safety pins in place and final inspection before we turn the job over for kiddos to go play.
