Master bathroom remodel we just completed in Walter Hill, Tn!

Completely gutted entire bathroom down to the studs and removed a few walls then relocated shower into the old closet area. Clients wanted to make room for new washer/dryer single unit to do laundry in master bathroom so we just went to work to achieve their goal.

We updated all plumbing then installed new tub and fixtures. Followed by all new electrical fixtures, widened bathroom door for appliance, completely waterproofed all necessary areas, installed tile everywhere, new vanity and painted entire bathroom.

Brand new roof replacement on this clients house in Smyrna, Tn completed this past week.

Demoed all existing shingles, underlayment, and old plumbing boots. Then install all new underlayment, ice and watersheild where needed, as well as all new architectural shingles.

We also did the entire covered patio and concrete addition on the backside of this house a couple years ago, it’s always good to have returning clients!

Check out this new 20x60 carport we installed for this client in Mt. Juliet, Tn last week.

Completed structure is attached to the existing brick underneath existing overhang then also supported with pressure treated 6x6 post. Finished with a nice white metal roof as clients requested and all exposed wood can be stained at a later date to best match the house.

Entire job was completed in 4 business days, with new seamless gutter coming soon…

A little before and after of this brick fireplace we completed in Murfreesboro last week!!

Original fireplace was completed in tile surround then a contractor friend of mine was called out for a more modern built in entertainment area added with ole school brick look surround with sitting area. We completed brick fireplace, built in’s are coming soon…

They may or may not paint the brick, decisions are still pending as they are waiting for built in entrainment center installed before they make final decision.

Check out these custom 8x10 faux beams we just installed within this master bedroom in Lascasses, Tn.

We stained our materials to best match the existing flooring all off site, then came to install them so clients didn’t have to deal with the strong stain smell as they struggled with strong senses.

Once installed we had to do very little touchups to create this clients ultimate look! They were so pleased with the results they’ve hired us to come back and install more beams throughout their living room/kitchen area. More pictures coming soon…

Check out this complete flooring and painting remodel we just recently finished up in Franklin, Tn.

Demoed all existing glued down hardwoods throughout entire house as well as upstairs carpets. Replaced all new flooring with scratch proof LVP and repainted entire house including all ceilings, walls, doors, and trim to make this house move in ready for new home owners!

Completed project took roughly 12 business days to stay on clients move in time line and this house was roughly 2,200 square ft! We always strive on meeting our clients deadlines and definitely met our goal on this project.

Completely removed all textured ceilings throughout entire house then repaired all ceilings to make them completely flat!

• Installed new crown molding throughout entire house!

• Painted all ceilings, walls, trim, and doors!!

We also installed new lighting fixtures throughout the house and updated this home owners electrical as needed during us being on site to bring everything up to date.

Here’s a glimpse of a small kitchen remodel we just completed in Mt. Juliet this past week. We started by demoing old framed up boxes within the ceiling from the outdated fluorescent lighting that was original to this house from the 80’s. (Check out last pictures within this post to see our original canvas we started with…)

Once demo was completed we added in new can lights over bar area as well as overhead sink light then repaired ceilings to make them all completely flat. We also painted entire kitchen walls, ceilings, and trim to give a nice cleaner completed look.
