WilCo Property Solutions is happy to once again sponsor a table at the Shepherds Global Classroom Vision Dinner. Shepherds Global is focused on providing theological and Christian literature to underserved pastors and believers around the world.

It’s always a meaningful evening with dinner, stories of impact, and an opportunity to support the ministry’s work globally.

I have 6 open seats at our table this year and wanted to extend the invitation to anyone who may enjoy attending. It is a fundraiser event, but there’s no pressure from me at all — just a chance to hear about a mission doing some incredible work.

If you’d be interested in joining us, send me a message. I’d love to need a second table!

Mark your calendars!

We hope that you will join us on September 15, 2026
for our 6th annual SGC Vision Dinner!

Each year, Shepherds Global Classroom hosts a fundraising dinner to highlight the past year's wins and give our faithful supporters a vision for the coming year. We hope to see you this year! Registration will open in May.

When was the last time your contractor dropped you off at the airport? At the end of the day, WilCo is not just about painting houses—we enjoy taking care of people. Sometimes that means doing things that have nothing to do with the job.

With the predicted “ snowstorm of the century” hitting this weekend, coupled with extremely low temperatures, now would be a great time to reach out to Wes to make sure you don’t have to go out and clear your snow before the work week

If you’ve got snow that you have no desire to shovel, give my buddy Wes a call (513) 658-4697.

He’s clearing residential driveways, sidewalks, and walkways in the Cincinnati metro/ NKY. Also offers salting service services.

“Good work gets you noticed. Good relationships keep you busy.”

First meeting kicked off at 7:30am over breakfast. The rest of the day was spent camped out in the corner of coffee shops, strategizing and game-planning with my network of contractors — focused on how WilCo can elevate the customer experience and serve clients most effectively and professionally.

I am very blessed with good people in my corner. Looking forward to partnering together for a busy and successful 2026.

Running a business isn’t always easy—some days are great, others are just average, some days I’d like to crawl in a hole. Overall, I’m thankful.

Thankful for a body that is healthy enough to do physical labor.

Thankful for the friends who promote my business and encourage me.

Thankful for my beautiful wife and healthy, active kids.

Thankful for the homeowners who trust me with their projects.

Thankful for the mentors and business owners who took the time to train me and invest into me over the years, equipping me the skill set I rely on every day.

I’m blessed with everything I need, and more.

“Every good and perfect gift is from above.” – James 1:17

(Long post alert)

Every year on Veterans Day, we hear the same words on radio ads and social media — service, sacrifice, freedom, gratitude. Sometimes, if you were like me and did not serve in the military, these words can start to sound a little bit cliché.

Today I want to draw attention to something that’s easy to overlook — and that’s the fact that time is catching up with some of our most valued veterans.

Of the 16.4 million World War II veterans that served, less than 0.5% are still with us.

Out of the 6.8 million who fought in Korea, just under 4% are still alive.

And with most of our 9.1 million Vietnam veterans being well into the retirement, slightly less than 30% of them are still living.

Before long, these generations will be extinct, along with the opportunity to look them in the eye, face-to-face, and say “Thank You”.

I want to challenge all of us to be intentional. Especially today, but really every day. When you see someone wearing that veteran’s cap in the grocery store, or you notice a military decal on a truck, don’t let that moment pass. Take 10 seconds to stop, shake their hand, and say “thank you for your service”. Don’t be vague. make your appreciation clear.

It might not seem like much, but those moments matter.

A few years ago, while visiting the mall with my family, I took the time to thank a veteran, in passing. He stopped, looked at us as a group, and said these words, “You were worth it.”

I’ll never forget that! Because in that moment, it hit me — that his service and sacrifice wasn’t something cliche. He wasn’t just talking about freedom in general; to him freedom was about people he’d never met, who got to live lives of great opportunity, because of what he and others were willing to give.

And that’s not just true of our older veterans. It’s true of the men and women who’ve served in the years since — in Iraq, in Afghanistan, and in countless other places most of us will never know about.

Veterans Day isn’t just about remembering — it’s about making sure the people who served feel that gratitude while they’re here to receive it.
So whether they served eighty years ago, eight years ago, we’re just got out of basic training eight weeks ago, let’s make sure they know that their service still means something to those of us who will never have to serve, because they chose to.

Thank you for your service, Dad! Happy Veterans Day!
