This house on Belmont i finished did years go. It had some of the nicest hardwood floors once we refinished them. I left the kitchen cabinets and added new tile and granite countertops. First bathroom was a total demo but the socond one had alot of charm, so i freshened it up some and left it. Great basement space also. outside i built the railroad tie beds in the front. Still drive by , still looks great.

This fairy tale victorian house was called the Haunted house of Mt. Healthy until i picked it up. It was up for teardown a couple of times before i got it! Glad i could save this old girl who was built in 1880.

First house i flipped years ago, i believe in 2015. First house i bought at Hamilton County auction, betting every nickel i had! Bought for 19k sold for 125K (pre covid prices lol)I did all the work in The evenings as i still worked my regular job. I do like the old school tile in i put in the bathroom. Always liked that black and white look. Otherwise just a basic flip.

I remodeled this house years ago, it the the most amazing hardwood floors when it was done. Finished with a gloss finish. Its in college hill across from the old Buddy Larosa mansion. First and second floor had original hardwood that was covered by carpet. Stained them all a dark walnut color. Nothing structaly wrong with this one and i did leave quite a bit of original character where i could. The one bath was redone the other one original. added all the landscaping and stairs out front also.

THis 1923 Tudor house set empty a long time, it actually had a hole in the roof above the living room for a couple of years. The city(cincy)had it condemned and possibly on teardown. 9 month rehab on this one, lots of new framing and all new subfloors. The rock work in the front of the house and chimney, were actually part of an original Rookwood fireplace. This ones easy to find, go down colerain to kipling, first house on the right.
