Sometimes, life calls for a pivot—and that’s okay. A year ago, I reopened the doors to my creative business, eager to serve and design with passion. But as life unfolded, I realized I needed structure, stability, and most importantly, space to care for myself.
For women entrepreneurs—especially women of color—navigating life’s twists while balancing dreams, health, and peace isn’t always easy. In a time when so much feels uncertain, protecting our energy and honoring our boundaries is revolutionary.
This past year taught me that stepping back doesn’t mean giving up—it means prioritizing what truly matters: self-love, self-care, and self-preservation. As I sit in reflection, I’m reminded that growth sometimes looks like rest.
To all my sisters out there, remember this: your worth isn’t tied to your hustle. Choose you, unapologetically. 🫶🏽
