🫣😬 This deck was falling off the house and structurally was not safe!

We had the opportunity to give the clients the deck they were seeking, with a puppy gate 🐾 and a covered storage area underneath!

Customer provided the vision through pictures and ideas; our job is to bring that vision to life!!! Now, they're able to enjoy their backyard and feel secure on their new deck!

Quick breakdown of job:
- Demolition and debris removal
- Dig and pour new deck footings (previous deck had none 😱 6"x6" post sat directly on top of the ground)
- Treated ground contact framing and stairs
- Treated beerslide railings
- Premium deck boards picture frame design
- Polycarbonate roofing and gutters for water management
- Gutter burried discharge line with pop up emitter
- Lattice frame in storage area
- Weed/Grass barrier underneath (gravel in the future)
