I’m looking for a small engine repair person. I have a mi-t-m 420 engine that starts and stalls out in like 2 seconds. I cleaned the carb, removed the gas tank and cleaned everything before the carb, new plug and it has plenty of oil in it, fresh gas… also it’s a newer engine. Only thing I can think to do next is replace the low oil sensor. Not looking for advice just someone to fix it for me, thank you!

It’s fun to see what “modern” conveniences people would have been looking to add to their homes in the 1950’s. I am actually surprised how relevant many still are in our current remodels!

Thanks to Pinterest, laundry rooms have become more than just a “utility” space in a home. This is one of my favorite laundry rooms that I have had the opportunity to design, especially the sink! We do many laundry room makeovers and designs that incorporate both laundry and mudroom features such as vintage wash basins, folding tables and lockers.
