ABC Ohio Valley Chapter recognized Scott Teepe Sr. with the 2026 Legacy Award. This prestigious honor celebrates individuals whose lifelong contributions have left a lasting mark on their industry and community.

Scott played a key role in shaping TP Mechanical into the company it is today. Through decades of leadership, Scott helped build a company where people could learn a trade, build a career, and create opportunities for themselves and their families. His influence extends far beyond the projects he helped deliver. It can be seen in the people who have grown their careers here and in a company built to create opportunity for generations to come.

Please join us in congratulating Adam Luensman on his promotion to Sales Manager for the TP Service department.

Adam began his career at TP Mechanical in 1998 through our apprenticeship program and has spent the last 27 years growing with the company. From the field to project management to service sales, he brings a deep understanding of the work and the people behind it.

In his new role, Adam will lead outside sales for the TP Service Department. Congratulations, Adam!

Bringing innovation to Kentucky agriculture!

The new Meats & Foods Industry Advancement Center at the University of Kentucky will serve as a hub for meat science research, food safety training, and hands-on workforce development for the Commonwealth’s animal agriculture industry. TP Mechanical is part of the team helping bring the new facility to life at the C. Oran Little Research Center in Versailles.

TP Mechanical is now accepting applications for our Apprenticeship Program. If you’re ready to start a hands-on career and build a future in the trades, this is your opportunity to take the first step. Our apprenticeship program gives individuals the chance to learn from experienced professionals, gain real field experience, and grow within the industry while building a long-term career.

To apply, bring a copy of your high school diploma, GED, or anticipated graduation letter to the nearest office. Applicants will complete an aptitude test and schedule their interview on-site the same day.
