Here is an entire home transformation which included gutting the entire house, adding a 1 one story addition, also adding another 2 story addition, all new baths, new laundry, added a second powder room, moved the master bath, new enlarged kitchen, removed the staircase and added a wider set of stairs. We added a 1,000 s.f. Trex deck with vinyl rails and a new driveway. A job of this size takes an enormous amount of planning and coordination with all parties involved and 100% trust built between us and the homeowners. We stayed involved from the moment we are hired, through all of township permitting and inspections to final C.O. Everyone was happy by the end of the project and the customer has a brand new house with all of their custom selections.

Over at our Chanticleer condo make-over working on setting the tile through out. Greg Shiffer and John discussing some transition areas! We wanted the tile to be laid as a 70/30 stagger, but the floors were too hilly to accommodate that layout so this had to get set as all grout lines in alignment. Progress photos.
