Last week showed the before and this week is the after. The homeowner chose and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) for their floor. They opted to change out the base cabinet (that they will paint) and have a wall painted to match the existing color in the kitchen and is now enjoying their kitchen.
We can do it all, or just help with the parts you're not ready to tackle. 🙂

The first part of the kitchen project was removing the existing flooring and making the sagging floor of an older home level. Damaged subfloor was extracted before laying the new flooring. Photos of the new floor as we progress.

We removed an existing deck that was severely damaged and a safety concern and rebuilt a new one for the homeowner.

With the recent ice storm followed by a snow storm and teen and single digit temps, unfortunately some of our neighbors experienced frozen pipes. We managed to thaw the pipes but the pressure had caused a leak that needed fixed as well. Thankfully, they now have water again in the house. Showers and coffee can be had. ☺️
