Pond slime is caused by nutrient/phosphorus run off. Over fertilizing from lawn care is a huge part of this problem around watershed.

Pell-Cover pellets; with biochar, certified compost, and humate, capture fertilizer around watershed and make it available to plants before it runs off and becomes a pollutant!

Just apply through spreader on lawn, and poor soils can be amended.

Making high carbon content biochar! This equipment not only makes awesome biochar for soil amendments, but it heats our building too! I don't have to burn natural gas to heat this 9600 Sq ft place. This biochar will be Pelletized with STA Compost to be used to capture fertilizer and keep it in the ground where plants can use it versus having it run off into watershed.

Check out this massive amount of yard waste we've received this season! It's hard to appreciate how much is here until you stand next to it.
We will mix in tons of food scraps, monitor temperatures, force air, and windrow turn material to make high value compost.
This compost will be tested to make sure it passes the United States Composting Council's Seal of Testing Assurance standards.

This machine heats our building, and produces high quality biochar. This machine is unique because we can control input, volume, temperature, time, and quenching water to produce a super consistent biochar with high carbon content and low ash to make an awesome soil amendment.
Our red pine fuel creates porous char that can hold a lot of biology and nutrients. It is pyrolyzed between 1500 F and 1600 F to burn out volatile material in wood.
It is then quenched with water which expands its pores to hold even more biology and nutrients.
Our high carbon content biochar is then blended with humate and compost to create our Pell-Cover Lawn Top Dressing Pellets. These pellets change the soil structure of sand and clay into nutrient rich, water retraining valuable soil! Sorry for all of the words!
