This door takes a lot of sun so we sanded down to the wood and re stained. The new color is bold and really catches the eye.

Repainted all ceilings, walls, trim and doors and swapped out door hardware to get this house ready to put on the market.

Letting exterior wood go without being stained or coated can lead to warping and cracked wood. Staining it will add longevity to the wood and it can always become a different color. The deck was stained blue(forgot to take a photo)
