While I’m away from Clarksville, I ask anyone on here local to Clarksville to please support my friend Amber. I had the opportunity to be a vendor at Wild Flour Bake Shop and created a friendship with her and the servers there. I cannot speak highly enough about the food or the current staff. These are people that deserve to be supported. Please just know that Amber has been so genuine and is hurting at this time.
I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to figure out how to make this post.
For the last month or so, I (Amber), have been the sole manager/owner of our shops, while we were unaware of the actions of my husband. To say we are devastated is an understatement. Never in my life did I expect any of this to happen. I am truly sorry that this has happened, even though it was not my doing.
These shops are truly a place I love. We brought in a new head chef to our "Across the River" location a couple of months ago and our chef at this location has been running this shop for about 9 months now.
Even before we knew of what was going on PJ had taken a step back. I didn't want to post that and cause potential rumors or drama. Maybe, I should have.
When you visit our shops you see our amazing staff, they are the ones you're supporting. They are truly the best people who love what they do and mostly they love me and support me. I know this is awful and makes you not want to visit our restaurants. I, however, ask you to continue to support us. PJ is not involved, will not be involved, and our staff needs us all.
I am heartbroken, devastated, hurting, confused, and so much more. I ask for those of you who know me, understand that this is extremely difficult for myself and my family. We ask for prayers, peace and love during this time.
