It's been a short while since our last post but work never ceases. We have another Egress Window System install from Feb 2024. Classic white all around with a no compromises installation as always! Full excavation to footing, filtered rock installed to accommodate any water intrusion into the well and as always, we include a high quality window well cover for safety and lower window and well maintaince.

We've been a little short on time this year for projects, but we'll share a piece of this gem of a project. Along with the cabinets, doors, white pine and rough cedar trim and all the fixings for this projects, these two doors we're the icing on the cake.
Barn door is a true custom combination of smooth and rough cedar to create a very solid, heavy, high end, smooth as silk barn door.
Alongside this beauty is the serving window door to match. X style design, routered edges to match, it is truly a one off door. Gas strut assisted opening system towards the kitchen and dual door latch design to facilitate in a single person opening and closing of this 10ft by 4ft solid cedar and pine constructed door.

A great example of a full Bedroom transition. Even down to replacing the main plumbing stack and main line under the floor. Includes a previously cut in Egress Window by us to make this a safe and true conforming Bedroom with tons of extra natural light! Featuring a 3/8" engineered hardwood floating floor out of Hickory, led dimmable can lighting, in-house made custom accent "industrial" pipe lighting fixtures with Edison 2600k led dimmable bulbs for reading and relaxation, a weathered barn wood accent wall and a matching in-house custom made sliding barn door for the small closet door to complete the accent wall side. Custom wire shelving for the closet with lighting as well! A wonderful transition from a bare basement area to a clean, fresh, beautiful modern Bedroom environment to serve for years to come.

15/24 Brewhouse Dining Deck June 2022.
What we have here has certainly been a wonderful blessing to be apart of. The first of hopefully more, but an outside environment for people to dine at, will hopefully meet a wonderful reception by the public.

We helped create what should be a very low maintaince outside Dining deck covered in Trex Pebble and Wi******er Grey and Trex black aluminum railing.

We would like to thank 15/24 Brewhouse for this opportunity, Clay County Lumber and Supply, Tyler Stark for helping transport this apparatus, Kimbrough Kustoms for the CNC work on making the 15/24 center cut logo come to life and for the many helpers along the way in making this project come to fruition.

6/11 - 6/12/2022: Moved into the Concordia area with this two window Egress Installation. A little changed up on this as we utilized the hammered bronze colored ladders and well covers. Matched the house wonderfully and will look great for years to come!
