Pretty sweet pool deck we designed and built for the Barefoot’s!
When they reached out they wanted enough space for entertaining, yet not break the bank. They asked me to help design the best option that would still have that pop and stand out… well again we delivered some quality custom work 💪🏽

This super high end/custom job was right in the heart of Pinehurst… as the homeowners were preparing for the US Open act...

This super high end/custom job was right in the heart of Pinehurst… as the homeowners were preparing for the US Open action they wanted to make the backyard more easily accessible while providing safety and Style. White cedar 10”x10” posts,Timberteck landmark collection, black iron balusters, concrete pad for stringer termination(pad is sloped in which water will shed and not collect under stringer)
I had special steel brackets made for complete hardware concealing of the post attachment

Busy wouldn’t describe the current state of affairs for Naylor’s Niche LLC… here is the first of several custom jobs over the last half of year

Complete bathroom gut job-
Complete new flooring system (joists, girder repair,sub floor as well as LVP)
All new plumbing throughout and new shower dropped …thanks to Eastern Plumbing solutions
New insulation
New Sheetrock
New paint
Custom built shelving and staining
Had to try the new towel rack idea and I think it turned out great
New water heater and custom enclosure to help conceal
Trimmed out and new lighting
New Custom window
New wiring ran thanks to Chris Sinclair Electrical services

Homeowners wanted an updated and built to code bathroom mixing farm house vibes with modern and adding space to the narrow previous layout, I certainly believe we achieved all the needs and wants 💪🏽

Now this was a good one…. First off for some solid friends of mine, but it was legit start to finish, as always! The memories that will be made on this pier as it will certainly stand against the test of time 💪🏽. Picture framed Trex surface, three ply platform girders, light poles, etc… well above code (as always)

Took a job on to replace what we thought were a few floor joists here and there and maybe some subfloor and lay LVP back...

Took a job on to replace what we thought were a few floor joists here and there and maybe some subfloor and lay LVP back down….. turned out to be quite a mess with substantial termite damage and a flooded crawl space due to torrential rain…. 24’ of new center beam, many joist replaced and some sistered correctly. Had to pull out a ridiculous repair and level job done a little while ago from someone 🤦‍♂️
New sub floor and LVP(shout out to Anthony Brewington)
touch up wall paint and baseboard reinstall - crawl space clean out… Never knew we were there. Structurally sound again 💪🏽

Summer time = pool time

This is going to be a nice space for chilling!

Had to change up the way I do my footers due to a couple unforeseen factors, nevertheless Naylor’s Niche LLC can still make it happen and look great-
