New front entry- phase 1 of 3. New elevated walkway (creating less steps to the front door) & a elevated fire pit area overlooking the pond with seating boulders, a few ornamental trees, fresh mulch, and rotating charcoal campfire grille. Phase 2 will consist of leveling and seeding the front lawn, installing a fire pit with cooktop and cover, drainage dry creek with 4-6”polished rock, and 65 slow growing plants. Phase 3 will be the creation of a white sand beach area along the pond & outdoor lighting.
