Looking for crew leaders with experience. I have been in business going on 20 years . We work just as much in winter as summer. Currently booked with work for the next 3.5 months . With more coming in daily. I have a great opportunity for anyone that works in this industry and is looking for a better situation. Positions available are climbers, bucket operator's or very experienced ground guys. I am willing to base pay on what you can produce. I am a owner operator so understand the workload and also respect those that can do this day in and day out. If your not happy were your at and looking for change or higher pay I would love to have a conversation with you. Also if you are currently studying for any tree care degrees I will help pay to get your certificates. With the right individuals I can turn my 8 man operation into a 25 man by spring. The work is there the reputation is there just looking for more qualified help. Hourly rate will be based on experience and or productivity. I am the main cutter for my company so I understand the risk we take so I will compensate you for your work . I'm not a greedy owner who is at the office complaining about your work. I'm not the owner telling you how to do your job with no experience. Most important of all all my guys are like family to each other . Nobody is treated like a number. M
