Another fan favorite is back for another season! Kate's Vampire Killin' Garlic Hot Sauce is made with oodles of garlic and habanero peppers. It is a thinner sauce that would be delicious on pulled pork or chicken. (I even have a customer who uses it as a salad dressing!) One thing's for sure...make sure you have a breath mint handy after enjoying this hot sauce - unless you're killin' vampires! 🧛‍♂️

Kate's Tropical Storm Hot Sauce is in the house! This is probably my favorite sauce. It is a thick sauce, made with habaneros, mango, and pineapple. It also offers a flurry of jerk, garlic, and onion flavors. Tastes amazing on chicken, fish, pork, or your favorite tacos! $7 per jar.

Next up this season is Kate's Easy Going Jalapeno Pepper Jelly! Those of you who have been asking for a milder spice level will be pleased with this delicious treat. It's a sweet jelly, but has a mild peppery bite. Layer it under cream cheese and serve with crackers for an appetizer your whole family will love.

This year, I decided to grow Thai Hot peppers, the tiny but mighty pepper that keeps on giving the gift of spice. Kate's Thai Ginger Hot Sauce is the perfect combination of fresh ginger root, Thai hot pepper heat, and rice wine vinegar. Pour some over your sticky rice! Strong heat level. $7 per jar.

Two Facebook posts in one day?! I have a lot of peppery things that I'm excited to share and I just can't wait!

I want to gauge interest and see if anyone would be interested in buying raw peppers. I have been picking a decent number of peppers quite regularly and am wondering just what to do with all of them? I have more hot sauce and jellies coming soon, but I'm happy to let some go. Let me know if you'd be interested, which kind you would want, and what price you think would be fair. I have habaneros, carolina reapers, Thai hots, and jalapeños available. I can also do a mix of these superhots for you.
