We focus on commercial dryer vent systems, primarily in multi-family properties, and over the years I’ve spent a lot of time working hands-on with these systems in the field.
Through that work—and through collaboration with others with deep experience in commercial maintenance, including peers in the dryer vent cleaning industry—I’ve come to see how often these systems are misunderstood.
That’s part of why we decided to put together a field guide sharing what we’ve learned about airflow, system design, recurring problems, and what a proper evaluation of these systems should actually include.
Our view is that better techniques, better understanding, and better communication help the industry as a whole—property managers, maintenance teams, and service providers alike.
