Contractors needed: Listing Profit Remodeling is looking for contractors in every aspect of remodeling. Mostly Tampa to Venice including Pinellas County. Our remodels are homes that are being sold after so the customer is given limited options which makes things easy on contractors. Basically with us you will be doing almost the same thing each time, not talking customers through 30 different options of flooring or tile. More like choose from these 3 and move the job along. Most jobs will be updating bathrooms and kitchen, flooring and paint. However, often we also need a roof, massive landscaping, or pool repairs so we need contractors from many fields.
We also need Realtors: Realtors who have listings that need to be updated for a more successful sale. Homeowners with equity can make more money after a remodel and the Realtor will do better as well.
