B&T’s Tree Service is looking for a dependable Groundsman to join our crew!

This is hard outdoor work, so you MUST be able to handle the Florida heat and keep up with a fast-paced tree crew environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to work as part of a professional team.

✅ Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Tree service or landscaping experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person

Duties include dragging brush, loading debris, assisting climbers, jobsite cleanup, operating equipment, and helping keep jobs running safely and efficiently.
