Not every commercial project is about making a statement — some are about restoring performance, protection, and reliability.

For this recently completed project in Pinellas Park, AWI removed and replaced damaged front canopy pans, gutter systems, and frame members for the PODS warehouse loading dock facility, helping restore critical rain and shade protection for daily operations.

Built with a SERVICE ONE aluminum canopy system, this repair project ensured the facility could continue operating safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, professional exterior appearance.

Luxury hospitality projects demand more than standard fabrication. They demand statement pieces.

AWI is proud to have contributed to the renovation of the iconic Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Resort in Miami with a collection of custom architectural metalwork designed to elevate both form and function.

This scope included seven custom vertical trellises, two trellis-integrated doors, a custom welded dining trellis, porte cochere elements, and luggage storage features — all finished in a stunning Metallic Bronze 2-Coat Kynar 500 system for long-term durability and a refined luxury aesthetic. The laser-cut aluminum sheets combined with rectangular aluminum bar overlays create a sophisticated woven grid pattern that transforms the façade into an architectural experience.

Projects like this are where craftsmanship, engineering, and design truly intersect.

This recently completed project at Lifetime Fitness Center features a mix of commercial shade solutions designed to elevate the outdoor experience with both performance and style.

AWI provided 31 center post pyramids finished in a Desert Sand powder coat with Coolnet Mesh fabric, along with TUUCI umbrellas finished in Aluma-Teak and paired with Captain Navy fabric.
Together, these installations bring flexible shade coverage, durability, and upscale design to this Winter Park outdoor amenity space.
