Matlack Tree Farm is owned by Ty Matlack who has over 45 years experience in landscaping and horticulture. Ty and his staff take a tremendous amount of time to ensure that the product they are selling is of the very highest quality and they like to focus on that personal touch with every single customer. The farm includes over 40 acres of the finest oak, magnolia, crape myrtle, palms and more and

is located in south Lake County, Florida (see our directions page). And although a large number of our customers are from Central Florida, we also sell and ship over the entire Southeast. And now, Matlack Tree Farm is proud to announce it's new Retail Outlet Center to help serve the public. Matlack Tree Farm is State Certified to ship to the entire Southeast as well as Texas, Louisiana and Nevada!

🔸 Daily Operations:
The daily operations expected of Customer Service Associate are greeting customers, answering
inbound phone calls/emails regarding availability, loading and unloading plants and assisting with
administrative tasks such as plant records and plant pricing. CSA will also be responsible for
assisting the sales team as needed with tagging, taking pictures, and sourcing plant material. In
addition to sales support, CSA will need to assist in supporting inventory management through
cycle counting and labeling trees as needed.

🔸 Qualification/Education:
- Plant Knowledge.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, google tools
- Experience in customer service/inside sales
- Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred but not required.
- Organizational skills and detail oriented
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation

🔸 Physical Requirements:
- Work in a fast pace and diverse environment
- Good health conditions as the job position requires lifting, standing, driving, walking, etc

Today, we are proud to begin a new chapter as Straightline Tree Farm.

While our name is changing, our commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service remains exactly the same. This transition reflects our continued focus on growing the varieties that perform best throughout the Southeast while expanding inventory depth and availability to better support wholesale distributors, landscape contractors, developers, and municipalities. Located in South Clermont, Florida, our farm encompasses more than 40 acres of premium trees and ornamental plants, including oaks, magnolias, crape myrtles, palms, and many other landscape favorites. From our roots in Central Florida, we have grown to proudly serve customers across the Southeast through efficient shipping and dependable service.

Straightline Tree Farm is state certified to ship throughout the Southeast, as well as Texas, Louisiana, and Nevada, ensuring our customers receive healthy, high-quality plant material wherever their projects take them.

Although our name is new, our mission remains unchanged. We are grateful for the trust and support you've given us over the past 25 years and look forward to continuing to provide the exceptional products, expertise, and service you expect.
