This was water-popped Medium Brown with DuraSeal water-based polyurethane. The floor was covered with animal stains and deep razor cuts. I enjoyed working on this one simply because I was able to work with my father.

This was a rental property. The owner was originally going to install vinyl over the floor because he thought it was unsalvageable. Luckily, we changed his mind. It breaks our hearts when hardwood gets covered up.
