This staircase was hand built by a previous owner and the stair-treads where becoming loose and unstable. William was able to remove the carpet from each step, then remove every nail and staple. Next was to remove the caps to secure the step back to the wall for stability. The last part of this project will be to stain and cut new caps for each step and paint the railings. They will be some amazing before and after photos!

Total remodels can be hard work! In this room, the built in needed three coats of paint, new flooring, new light fixtures and electrical. There was also a recessed light and a ceiling fan in two separate spots. William was able to put up drywall and move the fan to the center of the room after moving the electrical in the attic. We are looking forward to the completed project!

When buying an older home, there are bound to be a few bumps in the road. The pipe in this home broke and flooded the bathroom two weeks before the owners were going to have their first child. William was able to open the wall, fix the pipe, then patch it and paint, and install a new light fixture above the sink before the baby was born!

It’s Friday again!
When starting a project, there can always be some surprises hidden behind the unseen! This master bedroom was due for a flooring update but when the old carpet was pulled back, the subfloor was uneven and had water damage. William was able to replace the subfloor and new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) was placed. The walls were repainted, curtains hung, a new ceiling fan was put up, and all the electrical outlets were replaced to complete this master bedroom remodel.

Here, he is pulling up carpet that was previously saturated with cat urine before laying down beautiful LVP flooring. It’s Fix it Friday! This Florida kitchen needed a little face lift and we think this glass tile was a perfect fit! After removing wallpaper, taking out an old phone jack, updating the electrical outlets, and meticulously cutting and placing tile, this project is almost complete! Next up: painting those kitchen cabinets.
